Course Overview

This six-month online course explores how childhood experiences shape your current relationships. We’ll discuss “normative” development and address trauma and attachment wounds while fostering healthier, conscious connections.

Through experiential activities, you will heal your inner child, practice vulnerability and intimacy, and develop skills for repairing relational ruptures with empathy and accountability. Engaging in reflective practices and group experiences will transform your relational patterns and empower you to build meaningful, lasting relationships.
